Jeffrey M. Deitrich

Jeffrey M. Deitrich is a Senior Advisor in the Public-Private Partnerships practice of RIDGE-LANE LP.
Mr. Deitrich was Vice President of Finance for Silverstein Properties, one of the world’s largest and most preeminent real estate investment and development firms. He managed teams to acquire, finance, design, construct and market large mixed-use development projects across the United States, Middle East, and China.
His experience spanned all property types and asset classes, where he led projects including: structuring and sourcing $3.2 billion in debt and equity for Tower 2 of World Trade Center, $2.5 billion for Tower 3 of World Trade Center, $2.1 billion for Tower 4 of World Trade Center, $250mm pre-development financing and the acquisition of 1 West End on UWS, including negotiation with existing land owner, equity partner, mezzanine lender, and 5 bank syndicate of senior lenders, over $1 billion for the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New York Downtown, $350mm CMBS for 575 Lexington Avenue, the acquisition and subsequent $1.1 billion financing of 1177 Avenue of Americas including refinancing $570mm of tax-exempt HFA bonds.
Mr. Deitrich also helped establish the China office, where he led partner negotiations, oversaw site construction, design, and marketing professionals, as well as due diligence for projects including the $2 billion mixed-use development for 5-star hotel, office, and residential in Chongqing.
Prior to, Mr. Deitrich worked as an investment manager for a $2 billion value-add real estate fund at Prudential Insurance.
Mr. Deitrich is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Master's in Business Administration and the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor's of Art. He also holds a certificate in project management from New York University.
