Stuart Davis is a Board Member of the State CIO Council at RIDGE-LANE LP.

Mr. Davis was Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the State of Ohio, as well as Assistant Director for the Ohio Department of Administrative Services (DAS), where he oversaw and directed all State agency activities related to information technology development and use with an overall annual spend of over $1 billion and $200 million, respectively.

He led the statewide program to transform and optimize IT operations for 26 state agencies and the boards and commissions, with several “industry first” initiatives across the nation, including: identity/access management, data analytics, cyber security, infrastructure consolidation, digital citizen engagement; all designed to make Ohio a better place to live, work and learn.

Member of the Board of Directors and past President of the National Association of State CIOs (NASCIO), and Member of the Board of Directors of the National States Geographic Information Council (NSGIC).
